Welcome to my home page. I am an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of Vermont. I also have a secondary appointment in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. Both of these departments offer degree programs through the College of Engineering and Mathematics, the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Graduate College.

In Fall 2009, I am teaching CS 32, Puzzles, Games & Algorithms, CS 64, Discrete Structures, and CS 294, Photorealistic Computer Graphics.

My research interests include pattern recognition, nonparametric statistics, information geometry, neural networks, image processing, and scientific computing. You can find more information from the links in the left frame.
