Guides,
Editorials and Welcome Messages
to Research and Leadership Activities
|
I always encourage people to write and publish their experiences if
they have put a lot of time and efforts in some activity. When
putting every piece together in writing, it gives you the chance to
review and formalize what you have been doing, and you may well find
that there are areas here and there for you to improve. When your
writing goes to other people for comments, you might get surprising
but useful feedback. A possible formal publication of your
experiences is a recognition of your efforts and also provides a
greater opportunity for you to share your insights with the society.
