Course Description

Introduction to methods for realizing intelligent behavior in computers. Knowledge representation, planning, and learning. Selected applications including logic programming, knowledge-based systems and data mining.

Grading Policy

4 Assignments	20%
2 Mid-Term Exams (close-book and close-notes): Thursday, Oct. 8 and Tuesday, Nov. 17	30%
Programming Project: Due December 8	20%
Final Exam (close-book and close-notes) Thursday, December 17, 8:00-11:00am, Votey 223	30%
